What is your refund policy?

Book with peace of mind. Get a full refund if you cancel 72 hours in advance. In case of rain on the day of the activity, you can get a full refund. We still encourage you to explore the island, even under rainy skies 😊

Can I use an electric bike even if it's raining?

Yes, the electric bike's electronics are all waterproof, so you can use it even if it's raining.

Yes! We are located on the same site as the Ile d’Orléans Motel.

Scooter rental and guided tours

No, any driver's license (Canadian or not) is valid for renting a scooter on Île d'Orléans.

The driver must have a valid driver's license (Canadian or not). The minimum age of the passenger is 8 years. Note that it is possible to have only one driver on double scooters. The passenger does not need to drive.

If you already have your own bike, there's no need to rent one of ours. You can use your own bike.
 

Yes. Maximum weight for single scooter rental: 200 lbs.

Maximum weight for double scooter rental: 300 lbs total for 2 passengers

Yes, it's better to have scooter experience to ride with a passenger.

Rentals and guided bike tours

This tour takes place on the safest part of the island, where the road surface is the widest for bicycles.

Helmets are compulsory and provided, but you can bring your own.

There are some slight hills, but if you rent a scooter or electric bike, this won't be a problem!

No. You still have to pedal, but electric assistance makes it easier to conserve your energy and maximize your experience.

Absolutely! On the day of the activity, we'll give you a personalized map and recommend attractions you won't want to miss.

Approximately 65 km (40 miles), although range varies according to a number of factors: gradient, headwind, assistance mode chosen, rider weight, etc. Maximum speed is 32km/h (20 mph).
