How long do I have to arrive before my activity starts?

Please arrive 30 minutes early.

Do you have free on-site parking?

Yes, we do!

What is your refund policy?

Book with peace of mind. Get a full refund if you cancel 72 hours in advance. In case of rain on the day of the activity, you can get a full refund. We still encourage you to explore the island, even under gray skies ?

Do you offer on-site accommodation?

Yes, we’re located on the same site as the Motel de l’île d’Orléans.

How do I reserve a bike or scooter on Île D'Orléans?

At what age can I rent a scooter?

The driver must have a valid driver’s license (Canadian or not). The minimum age of the passenger is 8 years. Note that it is possible to have only one driver on double scooters. The passenger does not need to drive.

Can I take part in the guided bike tour if I already have my own bike, or do I have to rent one of yours?

Is there a weight limit for scooter rentals?

Yes: Maximum weight for single scooter rental: 200 lbs.

Maximum weight for double scooter rental: 300 lbs total for 2 passengers

Do I need experience to drive a double scooter with a passenger?

Yes, it’s better to have scooter experience to ride with a passenger.

Rentals and guided bike tours

Is it safe to bike on Île d'Orléans?

This tour takes place on the safest part of the island, where the road surface is the widest for bicycles.

Do I have to wear a helmet?

Helmets are compulsory and provided, but you can bring your own.

Can I use an electric bike even if it's raining?

Yes, the electric bike’s electronics are all waterproof, so you can use it even if it’s raining.

Are there hills to climb on Ile d'Orléans? I'm not in great shape!

There are some slight hills, but if you rent a scooter or electric bike, this won’t be a problem!

Do you have to be fit to ride an electric bike?

No. You still have to pedal, but electric assistance makes it easier to conserve your energy and maximize your experience.

For bike or scooter rental, do you have a suggested itinerary?

Absolutely! On the day of the activity, we’ll give you a personalized map and recommend attractions you won’t want to miss.

What is the range of an electric bike, and how fast can it go?

Approximately 65 km, although range varies according to a number of factors: gradient, headwind, assistance mode chosen, rider weight, etc. Maximum speed is 32km/h
