Quebec Aventure Tours is the fruit of the passion and vision of François Jacques, an adventurer at heart and a lover of Île d'Orléans. After exploring the world by bike, from Vietnam to Cambodia, via Thailand and the United States from coast to coast, François decided to return to his roots to share his love of adventure and the region.

By acquiring and modestly renovating the former Motel Île d'Orléans, located in the charming village of Saint-Laurent, he has transformed the place into a starting point for unique experiences. With a full fleet of bicycles, electric bikes and scooters, he has designed guided tours that combine exploration, meetings with local producers and immersion in the island's heritage.

With a varied background ranging from history teacher in British Columbia to a role in business development at Coca-Cola, François Jacques always knew he would return to live on the Île d'Orléans. Today, Quebec Aventure Tours reflects his desire to create unforgettable memories for visitors, in an enchanting setting that showcases the best of the region.
