The sea kayaking activity takes place rain or shine. In the event that there are thunderstorms or too large waves on the river, the activity will be moved.
Sea kayaking in Ile d’Orléans: what to expect
After dressing in the clothes for the kayak, your guide will give you a brief safety talk (weather forecast, map, signage …) and show you how to adjust and use your double kayak. It then set off for the river to sail the coast of Île d’Orléans. A mid-term break will be on the shore to enjoy a snack.
